At Truly PVC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If your hardware or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused PVC products in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our main distribution center for verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
